Forts in India is a free military history application that provides a list of all the forts in India. This application can help you to explore the history of the Indian military. The forts in India are divided into four categories: Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Kerala.
Delhi has a total of 11 forts: the Red Fort, Chandni Chowk, Agra, Akbarabad, Bijapur, Burj Delhi, Delhi Cantonment, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Karnal, and the Lodi Gardens. Rajasthan has a total of 18 forts: Chittorgarh, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Rajpath, and Jaigarh.
In addition to that, there are also forts in other parts of the country such as Madhya Pradesh (MP) with two forts: Gwalior and Lalibagh. MP has two more forts: Agra and Delhi.
The application provides information about each fort including its location, the date of its construction, its history, and more.
